What to love the most about Summer is colors and more colors! Those that dare to experiment and be bold with their Summer styles are the ones that stand out. Almost an Ode to Summer and Mother Nature when we can experiment with different silhouettes– thanking her for the abundant sunshine. Our Styled by Beau Monde winner, David Cicale was featured in our street style inspired shoot captured by Oye Diran of Arista Imagery. Makeup was done by Christopher McKie, styling and creative direction by Jennifer Nnamani.
Most of the pieces in the shoot were inspired by the retro-patterns of the late 60s, “yuppie” and street style that’s all New York. “I wanted to pull signature pieces; Orange being the color of the Summer, I pulled a funky orange bowtie from The Creative Era, Kibonen NY shirt, a paisley tie and a retro-patterned shirt from H&M, and a few vintage pieces from the model to finish off the look”- Jennifer Nnamani. On May 18th, BMS orchestrated one of our shortest shoots (in a long while). The setting for the shoot was in the TribeCa area.
